File Requirements
Did
you know that an incorrectly set up file is the #1 reason for bad printing? To maintain our top-quality printing, we require the
cooperation of the customer to prepare the file correctly for print.
File
Requirements
Before
sending us your file for print, please make sure your file meets the following
requirements.
Vector Artwork
(preferred) All critical elements (text, images,
logos, etc.) should be sent in Vector format.
If you don’t have vector artwork, we will be happy to redraw your art
for a fee. You will receive a quote on
Artwork Drawing for your “approval” prior to beginning the artwork. Learn more about vector artwork vs. bitmap artwork. Vector vs. Bitmap Explained |

300 dpi resolution or higher. Avoid
taking low-resolution pictures from the web because they are usually 72 dpi
or lower. |
|
Convert your fonts to objects to
avoid font changes from computer to computer. |
|
Colors
& Outlines (if providing print-ready artwork) For full-color print jobs, convert
all CMYK and Pantone spot colors to RGB color mode. Please convert all outlines to
objects. No lines should be thinner
than 1 point |

Save your file as a high-resolution
PDF (with bleeds and crop marks if applicable). PDF files provide
the best results and quickest turnaround time. For your convenience, we
also accept a wide range of file formats including .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .INDD,
.JPG, .TIF, .CDR. We highly discourage submitting Microsoft
files such as word, Publisher, or Powerpoint because their fonts and layouts
tend to change across computers. If you have a Microsoft file, please convert
it to PDF to ensure that your file is printed correctly the way you want it. |
